Dear Courtyard by Marriot Heathrow Team / Booking.com, We recently stayed for 2 nights, booking 4 rooms for 7 guests, and unfortunately faced a few issues that we’d like to bring to your attention: 1. Despite prior confirmation via Booking.com for all rooms on the same floor, we were given rooms on separate floors at check-in without any consideration of our request. 2. We paid £154 in cash for breakfast for all 7 guests, but on 13th morning, breakfast was denied for one room (311). The restaurant staff was uncooperative, and only after involving the manager was the matter resolved. The reception later admitted it was their mistake in record-keeping. 3. On 13th, we confirmed luggage storage for our departure on 14th. However, on 14th, we were told the storage was full. With no alternative offered, we were forced to pay £45 for late checkout, despite having booked 4 rooms. This was highly disappointing and felt inconsiderate. As a Marriott property, we expected a smoother and more guest-focused experience. We hope you’ll look into these issues seriously. Best regards, Gurbinder Singh Email : [email protected] +91 9910899341

Oh my goodness in all the hotels I have stayed in I have I have never came across a hotel where every single one of the staff we interacted with were soo professional and friendly! We booked this hotel as there was issues with our flight to Derry so we needed a bed as we had travelled from Australia so with all the hassle at the airport we were simply exhausted. The lads up in the Skybar were so nice and the food was so tasty, well presented and reasonably priced! The other restaurant up on 6th floor is an Indian and the menu looked really good. Selection at breakfast buffet was really good and it was included in our room rate. Our room had massive double bed and great big shower with lovely toileteries. Ironing board and iron in wardrobe. Also had safe and a wee fridge too. Buses outside hotel run to Houslow so be handy for central London to get tube from there. A taxi from airport cost about £20. Buses do run from hotel to airport but didnt suit our times. And the bonus of our stay was check out time was 12midday!

Great location if you like / love planes and airports. You can get a bus right outside for the airport. The key selling lines are the Sky Bar and restaurant which give you a view over the runway. We had a room with a runway room which was clean and new looking. Had dinner in the sky Bar which was very good. The manager was helpful when I had left my pullover in the Sky bar and in general the staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast, which was included in our price, was varied and good.

I stayed here 2 nights and it exceeded all expectations. A large, welcoming lobby and outstanding staff greeted us and organised an early check-in. I chose Courtyard as it’s a few minutes walk to the Car Rental Village. The rooms are excellent and we had a terrific view of the Heathrow runway. The 6th floor sky bar and restaurant is excellent and spacious and the onsite Indian restaurant on the same level is also fabulous. Easy shuttle to all terminals made our layover very restful.

Had originally planned to use the Hoppa bus but scheduling them proved to be difficult so we used a taxi, came out to be about the same price. Same level of customer service and care as we have in the US at Marriott branded locations. Hotel was clean, staff courteous and helpful with extra towels etc. Had dinner at the Sky Bar overlooking the landing field for Heathrow, enjoyed watching the planes come in from all over the world.
